Miguel Quintanilla, 33, is wanted by police in Nassau County on charges that include fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal sale of a controlled substance and violation of probation. Quintanilla was released following her arrest and later failed to appear for court proceedings, elating to a bench warrant.
Police describe Quintanilla as a 5-foot-4 Hispanic man weighing approximately 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators noted that anyone who recognizes Briceus or who spots him should not attempt to apprehend or detain him.
